Community Guidelines

Welcome to the SOULLY AI community.

Our goal is to create a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment where users can interact with AI, express creativity, and share content responsibly.

These Community Guidelines apply to all content created, shared, or published through SOULLY AI.

1. Respect Others

Treat everyone with respect.

Do not:

• Harass or bully other users.
• Threaten or intimidate others.
• Encourage self-harm or violence.
• Share hateful or discriminatory content.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Deliberately provoke or abuse community members.

Healthy disagreement is acceptable. Personal attacks are not.

2. User Generated Content

You are responsible for everything you publish, including:

• AI Characters
• Memories
• Screenshots
• Personality Analyses
• Profile Information
• Images
• Comments
• Any other public content

Before publishing, make sure you have the right to share the content.

3. Illegal Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Illegal activities
• Criminal instructions
• Terrorist content
• Human exploitation
• Child exploitation
• Fraud or scams
• Identity theft
• Stolen information
• Distribution of malware
• Dangerous hacking content
• Sale of prohibited goods

Such content may be removed immediately and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.

4. Adult Content

SOULLY AI may include fictional romantic interactions between users and AI characters.

However, users may not publish content that includes:

• Sexually explicit material.
• Pornographic content.
• Sexual exploitation.
• Content involving minors.
• Non-consensual sexual content.
• Fetish material intended for public sharing.

Any content involving minors in sexual contexts is permanently prohibited.

5. Violence

Do not publish content intended to:

• Glorify violence.
• Celebrate terrorism.
• Encourage murder.
• Promote torture.
• Promote organized crime.

Fictional action or adventure content may be allowed when it does not promote real-world harm.

6. Hate Speech

Content targeting individuals or groups based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender, or sexual orientation is not allowed.

7. Intellectual Property

Only publish content you own or have permission to use.

Do not upload:

• Copyrighted artwork without permission.
• Movies or TV content.
• Commercial logos without authorization.
• Protected music.
• Stolen creative work.

Repeated copyright violations may result in account restrictions.

8. AI Characters

Characters published to the community should:

• Be accurately described.
• Avoid deceptive titles.
• Avoid impersonating real individuals.
• Follow these Community Guidelines.

SOULLY AI may remove characters that violate these rules.

9. Images

Images uploaded or generated through SOULLY AI must not include:

• Illegal material.
• Graphic violence.
• Explicit sexual content.
• Child exploitation.
• Private personal information.
• Malware or malicious files.

10. Public Profiles

Your public profile should not contain:

• Offensive usernames.
• Hate symbols.
• Fraudulent identities.
• Misleading verification claims.
• Contact information intended for spam.

11. Reporting

Every user helps maintain the community.

You may report:

• Messages
• Images
• AI Characters
• User Profiles
• Shared Memories
• Personality Analyses
• Other published content

Reports are reviewed by authorized moderators.

False or abusive reporting may itself violate these Guidelines.

12. Moderation Actions

Depending on the severity of a violation, SOULLY AI may:

• Remove content.
• Hide content.
• Issue a warning.
• Temporarily restrict features.
• Suspend the account.
• Permanently terminate the account.

Whenever reasonably possible, users will be notified before enforcement action is taken. Immediate action may occur when necessary to protect the community.

13. Repeat Violations

Repeated violations may lead to stronger enforcement actions, including permanent suspension of community privileges or account termination.

14. Appeals

If you believe moderation action was taken in error, you may contact SOULLY AI Support.

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that the decision will be changed.

Our community is built on creativity, kindness, and respect.
