• should not replace medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional services.

Users remain responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SOULLY AI responsibly.

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
• Share illegal content.
• Promote violence or criminal activity.
• Infringe copyrights or intellectual property.
• Upload malicious software.

• Reverse engineer or exploit the platform.

Any misuse may result in immediate enforcement action.

5. Community Content

Users may create and publish:

• AI characters
• Memories
• Screenshots
• Personality analyses
• Profile information
• Other supported content

Each user is solely responsible for the content they create, publish, or share.

SOULLY AI does not endorse user-generated content and is not responsible for opinions, statements, or materials posted by users.

6. Public and Private Content

Certain content may be marked as:

• Public

Public content may become visible to other users and may appear in recommendations, search results, featured sections, or community pages.

By choosing to publish content publicly, you acknowledge that it may be viewed, shared within the platform, and promoted by SOULLY AI as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Content Moderation

To maintain a safe environment, SOULLY AI may review reported public content.

We reserve the right to:

Virtual items:

SOULLY AI may introduce, modify, or discontinue virtual items and pricing at any time.

10. Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions provide access to additional features for the subscription period.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle through the platform used to purchase the subscription.

Subscription management, billing, cancellations, and refunds are generally handled by the applicable app store or payment provider and are subject to their policies.

Premium features may change over time as SOULLY AI continues to improve the Services.

11. Refund Policy

Refund requests are subject to the policies of the platform or payment provider through which the purchase was made.

Where permitted by applicable law, SOULLY AI may review certain purchase-related issues to provide assistance. However, SOULLY AI does not guarantee refunds for:

Virtual Energy already used.

Consumed digital items.

Used subscription benefits.

Cosmetic purchases already redeemed.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights provided under applicable law.

12. Service Availability

We continuously improve SOULLY AI.

As a result, features, AI models, subscriptions, prices, rewards, virtual items, and functionality may change without prior notice.

We may also:

add new features,

remove existing features,

rebalance virtual economies,

adjust subscription benefits,

modify energy systems,

discontinue unsupported functionality.

Whenever practical, significant changes affecting users will be communicated through the application or official channels.

13. AI Availability

SOULLY AI relies on third-party artificial intelligence providers.

Temporary interruptions, delays, degraded response quality, or feature limitations may occur due to:

provider outages,

maintenance,

technical issues,

API limitations,

network interruptions,

unexpected operational events.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted AI availability at all times.

14. No Warranty

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOULLY AI disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:

merchantability,

fitness for a particular purpose,

non-infringement,

uninterrupted availability,

error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that:

AI responses will always be accurate,

generated content will meet expectations,

services will always remain available,

all errors can be corrected immediately.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOULLY AI DEV and its operators shall not be liable for:

indirect damages,

incidental damages,

consequential damages,

loss of profits,

loss of business,

loss of goodwill,

loss of data,

emotional distress resulting from AI-generated content,

user decisions based on AI responses.

Users remain responsible for evaluating AI-generated information before relying upon it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

16. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

your account,

your published content,

your conversations,

your uploaded files,

your shared screenshots,

your AI characters,

your interactions with other users.

You agree not to publish content that:

violates laws,

infringes intellectual property,

invades another person's privacy,

impersonates others,

promotes fraud,

promotes illegal activities,

contains malware,

attempts to exploit or manipulate SOULLY AI systems.

17. Suspension and Termination

SOULLY AI reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to the Services when necessary, including but not limited to situations involving:

repeated policy violations,

illegal activity,

abuse of AI systems,

security risks,

payment fraud,

attempts to manipulate subscriptions or virtual items,

harmful behavior toward other users.

Where appropriate, users may receive prior notice before enforcement actions are taken.

Serious violations may result in immediate account termination without prior warning.

18. Account Deletion

Users may delete their accounts through the application where supported.

Upon deletion:

personal account information will be removed,

conversations will be deleted,

personal memories will be deleted,

AI characters created by the user will be removed,

associated personal information will be scheduled for permanent deletion.

Some information may be temporarily retained for backup, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance with legal obligations before being permanently removed.

19. Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe your copyrighted work or other intellectual property has been used improperly within SOULLY AI, you may contact us through the official support channels.

We may investigate complaints and remove content where appropriate.

20. Updates to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made, users may be notified through:

email (where available),

or other appropriate communication channels.

Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Severability
